The opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor Manager to join our Dunedin Commercial Management Team. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will manage a high-performing team, mentor others, and drive best practice across projects. You'll bring strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder relationships. We're seeking someone with the following: Five-seven years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, including two-three years in a leadership role A passion for developing others through hands-on training and guidance Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and contribute to regional growth A proactive mindset and ownership of results This is your chance to make a real impact - leading people, shaping projects, and contributing to the continued success of our Dunedin team.
