We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and supporting the delivery of construction projects within budget and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, manage, and review cost estimates and budgets for multiple projects.
Oversee procurement processes including subcontractor and supplier selection.
Track, monitor, and report on costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
Collaborate with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to address project challenges and maintain schedules.
Administer contract documentation and manage variations.
Finalise and close out accounts upon project completion.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience in construction cost management.
Strong knowledge of procurement and contract administration.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: €40,383.21-€89,219.44 per year
