REQUIREMENTS

✓ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

✓ 3–5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience

✓ Strong understanding of construction measurement, BOQ preparation, and estimation

✓ Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel

✓ Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings and specifications

✓ Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills

✓ UAE experience is not mandatory

✓ UAE Driving License is an advantage
