JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring that the project is completed within its projected budget. This role requires a strong understanding of cost control methods and the ability to provide accurate financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
