Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: 20 Jalan Lekar, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range: $3,200 – $3,400/month
Leave Benefits: 14 days annual leave (to start) + other leaves as per MOM requirements
Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor ready to make an impact in the landscaping and construction industry? At OneO2Plants , we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration across our projects.

• Perform quantity take-offs from BQ/Drawings
• Assist in tender pricing, prepare tender replies, and attend interviews
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Review contract documents and highlight variances
• Prepare and submit VO costs, progress claims, and final accounts
• Manage and certify sub-contractor claims
• Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams
