FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis to ensure profitability and suggest value-engineering solutions where necessary.
• Review and approve project invoices, and expenses in collaboration with the finance team.
• Track and report on project profitability, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a commercial or project management role, preferably in office design, construction, or related industries.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.Knowledge of contract law and commercial practices.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and highly organized.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Collaborative mindset with a client-focused approach.
