PJ Services are seeking to employ a part-time Quantity Surveyor with experience of working on housing association/local authorities, Nat Fed Rates.
Assist with preparing prices, tenders, pricing materials, subcontract negotiations and preparing orders.
The work will involve, pricing work sheets on schedules of rates and Nat Fed for maintenance contracts. It is envisaged the work will be for 3 days a week initially.
You will be based in our office in Bolton but will be expected to visit various sites as required.
Wage negotiable depending on experience
