• Measuring quantities and taking off.
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
• Seeing through the project from tender to award to final accounts.
• Cost analysis and monitoring.
• Running of project, managing progress claims and variations.
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• All other QS related duties.
