REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in construction or development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Self starter, ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Develop / update appraisals as projects develop or if meeting hurdles.
• Establish project hurdles / returns in conjunction with the Managing Director.
• Identify means of improving projects viability.
• Preparing and monitoring project programmes.
• Monitoring of tender process / various project works.
• Preparation of project queries / RFIs
• Attending meetings
• Preparation of project reports .
• General office duties / project work.
• Some travel may be required.
