PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Working towards an appropriate professional qualification

The Quantity Surveyor reporting to Senior Quantity Surveyor they shall have the responsibility and authority for the administration and overseeing of all contracts assigned to QTS and shall, at a minimum:-

• Price tenders when necessary
• Submission of valuations and agreement of final accounts.
• Liaison with clients regarding commercial aspects of contracts
• Ensure a commitment to comply with requirements and continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality, Health & safety and Environmental Management System.
• Uphold all Company policies.
• Initiate Contract Reviews for all new tenders and quotations
• Provision of relevant contractual documents, standards and specifications to sub-contractors
• Agree and arrange payments to sub-contractors.
• Compliance with QTS procedures.
• Assist in any other aspect of the Company where required.
