We’re now looking for a Quantity Surveyor – either a graduate with 1–2 years of experience or an Assistant QS ready to step up – to support the delivery of high-profile, technically challenging façade projects.

• Preparing tender documents, cost plans and subcontractor packages
• Monitoring variations, progress and commercial performance
• Working closely with the PM and Commercial team to ensure cost control
• Supporting procurement, valuations and final accounts
• Maintaining compliance with contract terms and project timelines
