As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our commercial and cost management team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying , Building, or Construction-related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in interior fit-out, A&A, or healthcare projects
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore construction cost practices , contract terms, and SIA/PSSCOC
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , measurement software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam), and project documentation
  • Attention to detail, good analytical skills, and ability to work independently
  • Must be able to manage tight deadlines and coordinate with site teams and vendors
Responsibilities
  • Prepare tender submissions , cost estimates , Bills of Quantities (BQ) , and pricing breakdowns
  • Conduct subcontractor sourcing , quotation evaluations, and price negotiations
  • Manage progress claims , interim valuations , variation orders , and final accounts
  • Monitor and control project budgets , cost forecasting, and procurement tracking
  • Support Project Managers on site measurements , VO justifications, and cost reconciliation
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers for commercial mattersEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements
