Description

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible working arrangements available)
Benefits: 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, hybrid working, wellbeing support, employee discounts, and a genuine commitment to work-life balance.
This is a unique opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to focus on cost planning and contract administration for our internal retrofit and sustainability programmes at Align Property Services.
You will work with experienced colleagues to manage cost plans and oversee JCT contracts and frameworks for projects funded by government grants. The role is predominantly office-based with minimal site meetings and no measurement or tender preparation. Payments are managed once completion is certified by our Sustainability team.
Whether you’re looking to step back from long hours, transition from the private sector or find part-time work that suits your lifestyle, we’re happy to consider flexible arrangements.
