Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team in Al Quoz. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in quantity surveying for interior contracting projects, along with strong contract management skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically in interior contracting projects.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor contract management processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Handle quantity surveying for interior contracting projects.
• Manage contracts for subcontractors, including:
• Identifying and shortlisting reliable contractors.
• Pre-qualifying contractors and drafting contract agreements.
• Certifying bills and managing statements of accounts for subcontractors.
• Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high project standards.
• Coordinate effectively with project teams to ensure seamless execution.
