Job description:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;
• Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of interim/final accounts
• Review documentation and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities
• conduct cost analysis, budget control, measurement and collation of records at construction sites
• procurement, purchase materials & progress claim application.

Requirement:

• Degree of Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other construction related programs
• Experience with fitting out works highly preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
