Job Description

• Support the management team in leading the project QS team and preparing cost budgets, cash flows, and claims.
• Ensure timely awarding of subcontracts and supplier agreements, coordinating with the technical team to meet specifications.
• Prepare quantity measurements, drawings, and cost analyses based on project needs.
• Analyze and negotiate quotations, attend site meetings, and review agreements.
• Certify progress work, handle contract variations, and submit monthly progress claims.
• Finalize subcontract and main contract accounts and advise clients on cost feasibility.
• Prepare OMM before project handover, certify final valuations, and act as financial advisors.
• Be ready to work extra hours for urgent projects and perform other assigned duties.

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying with min 3-5 years’ experience in QS renovation/Interior Design/HDB A&A project.
• Well-versed in both Contracts Administration and Tenders
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD and the ability to learn new specialist software
• Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
• Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
