REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant QS software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final figures, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Monitor project costs and control expenditure.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review tender documents.
• Conduct site visits and progress evaluations.
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
