SSP Construction is a large main contractor construction company who specialise in a number of be-spoke projects.
We are currently on the hunt for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Dublin.
Company vehicle + fuel card is provided with the role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• A third level qualification in a construction discipline.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry.

• Carry out all QS duties in a competent manner.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure alignment with approved financial plans.
• Oversee procurement processes, including subcontractor selection, trade package preparation, and tendering.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, including payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Work closely with the Technical team and design consultants to develop cost-effective solutions and value engineering strategies.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, cost forecasts, and procurement schedules to support project delivery.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Technical Managers, and Commercial teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and sustainability objectives.
• Ad-hoc duties when required.
