JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform project planning.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project specifications and budgets.
  • Prepare tender documents and assist in the selection of contractors.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions related to projects.
  • Provide regular reports on project costs and forecasts to management.
