Be part of our Project Controls team as a Quantity Surveyor - Summer Intern based in Auckland, working alongside experienced project teams on a variety of civil and infrastructure projects. Our Summer Intern programme from Nov 2026 – Feb 2027 and is designed for undergraduates. Across the summer, you’ll get feedback on your performance, chances to network, and honest coaching on how to make the most of your time with us. You will get exposure to: Support the team with basic project cost tasks to help build understanding. Help pull together information for cost reports and planning. Pitch in with procurement admin, including tasks related to sub-contractor and supplier documentation. Assist programme and scheduling updates such as data entry and straightforward productivity checks. Help keep payment records for sub-contractors and suppliers up to date and well organised. Join site visits to see the work first-hand and learn how what’s happening on site connects to quantities, costs and timelines. Be involved in first principle pricing and variations. We’re looking for passionate, detail-focused interns who: Studying towards a Bachelor in Construction or Diploma in (Quantity Surveying) from an NZ-recognised tertiary institute (Currently ideally Year 2 in your studies). Hold NZ or Australian citizenship, or NZ permanent residency. Are keen on practical, hands-on contracting work, often on-site and outdoors. Are proactive, organised, and adaptable to change.
