Responsibilities

Our team have developed industry-leading tools in the embodied carbon measurement space. This position not only advances your career in sustainability but also allows you to leverage your Quantity Surveying (QS) and digital expertise within a passionate, ambitious, and diligent team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret design consultants’ drawings, employing a digital-first approach to ensure precision and efficiency.
  • Undertake robust estimating and cost planning using advanced digital tools, integrating sustainability, and carbon reduction metrics into traditional QS functions.
  • Engage in digitally-facilitated value engineering sessions, leveraging data and analytics to drive sustainable outcomes and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth tender analysis, utilizing digital platforms for collaboration, and contribute to comprehensive, insightful tender reports.
  • Perform digital cost monitoring and control, including progress claim evaluations, variation assessments, and real-time cost reporting.
  • Interact with clients through various digital channels, providing consistent updates, insights, and consultations at all project stages.
  • Manage contract administration in a digital context, finalizing accounts, and ensuring all aspects comply with sustainability commitments.
  • Develop detailed post-contract cost reports, highlighting the embodied carbon impacts and sustainability achievements using data visualization tools.
