Company Type: Contracting Company Nationality Requirement: Saudi Nationals Only Employment Type: Full-Time Availability: Immediate / As Soon As Possible Job Purpose The Quantity Surveyor Technician / Civil Engineer is responsible for supporting construction projects through accurate quantity take-offs, cost measurements, and preparation of reports and schedules. The role ensures precise measurement, cost control, and documentation in accordance with project requirements and engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for construction and civil works projects. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-off sheets, and cost-related schedules. Assist in preparing periodic quantity and cost reports for ongoing projects. Use quantity surveying software and engineering measurement tools efficiently. Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders to verify quantities and project data. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications and drawings. Maintain organized records of measurements, calculations, and reports. Support the project team in achieving cost efficiency and timely reporting. Job Requirements Saudi nationality (mandatory). Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in: Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline. Practical experience or basic knowledge in quantity surveying for construction projects. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and engineering measurement tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Willingness and readiness to join immediately.
