REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Experience in bid and tender preparation, with an ability to analyze tender documents and coordinate commercial submissions.
• Comfortable working closely with engineering and project teams to develop competitive, compliant proposals.

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and pricing for tender submissions.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand scope and risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to compile commercial proposals.
• Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
• Assist in subcontractor and supplier quotation evaluations and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain tender cost databases, rates, and pricing benchmarks.
• Support contract documentation preparation, including bills of quantities and tender schedules.
• Monitor and track tender progress, ensuring deadlines and submission requirements are met.
• Provide input on contract terms and conditions during tender evaluation.
