JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately quantifying flooring materials required for projects, preparing cost estimates and quotations, and ensuring that projects stay within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a quantity surveyor, preferably in flooring or interior design projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction and flooring materials.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Autocad: 4 years (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and other documents to assess material requirements.
  • Measure and quantify flooring materials needed for each project.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and provide accurate quotations to clients.
  • Track project costs and monitor expenditure to ensure budgets are adhered to.
  • Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure accurate material orders.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for materials.
  • Assist in preparing contracts and other related documents for projects.
  • Provide cost and budget advice to clients during the project planning phase.
