Towersbridge Group are working in partnership with a great client in the Dublin Area, they specilise in the manufacturing and installing commercial, hospitality, leisure and retail interiors.
We are looking to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors that have a sound knowledge of the Irish and UK markets and seeing projects out from start to finish.

What we need from you:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 3+ years experience in the construction sector
• Experience in both pre and post contract cost management
• Knowledge of the Irish and UK market

What will you be doing:

• Analyse drawings and other documentation
• Take off from drawings to create BOQ for projects.
• All quantity surveying duties
• Consult with clients, manager/supervisors to discuss cost.
• Monitor cost from vendors or subcontractors
• Create cost reports
• Potentially travel to clients and sites across Ireland and the UK

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
