We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ceiling and partition works, with the ability to manage cost control, estimation, and project coordination effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in ceiling & partitions projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and market rates.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  Location: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area-2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  Availability: Immediate

• Preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and variations.
• Conducting material take-offs and site measurements.
• Coordinating with project teams and suppliers for timely execution.
• Ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with project requirements.
