Role: Quantity Surveyor
Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: 3-5 years’ post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor (in Ireland or the UK); strong IT skills (Cubit, CostX, Excel); ability to manage subcontractor payments and cost reporting.
Location: Onsite in West Dublin
Salary: €60,000 - €65,000

Reporting into: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading construction and development firm, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in West Dublin. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects, assisting senior management in cost control, valuations, and contract administration.

  • Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Assist the Senior QS in managing subcontract packages, payments, and contractual details.
  • Cost Control & Reporting: Support in preparing monthly valuations, cost reports, and tracking project budgets and variations.
  • Contract Administration: Maintain accurate records of subcontractor and supplier contracts.
