Desert Roofing & Flooring LLC is a leading waterproofing solutions provider, specializing in high-quality services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the waterproofing or construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques, and cost management.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for waterproofing projects.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure accurate measurements.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier/subcontractor costs.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are maintained.
• Prepare progress reports, valuations, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients for seamless project execution.
