The role: Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor

Zenith Associates are working with a regionally established boutique consultancy who are seeking a Cost Consultant to join their growing team. Our Client offer a range of services: project management, cost consultancy, fund monitoring and employer’s agent services.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years experience in construction industry
• Can come from a Project Management or Quantity Surveying background
• Must be capable of managing stakeholders and clients
• Willingness to learn and be adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
• Business Development skills
• MRICS ideal but not a essential

The immediate projects you will be involved in are glamorous high rise developments, experience in this sector is ideal. We also work in the commercial, hospitality, industrial and retail space.
