Job Description We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Civil to manage cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract evaluation for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, analyzing project costs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful tender submissions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation for oil & gas projects. Analyze project specifications, scope, and contract terms for bid preparation. Evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons. Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities. Assist in contract negotiations, bid clarifications, and final submissions. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to optimize bid strategies. Qualifications Min. 8- 10 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Extensive experience in Software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project and Primavera) Understanding of 3D modeling will be added value for the position Experience in EPC Oil & Gas is highly recommended
