Description Accountable for, but not limited to: - Embracing and representing the FLL Core Values in all situations; We are Fun We are Willing to do whatever is needed We have the Durability to consistently meet expectations We are Effective at driving results We are Genuine We’re here to serve others with Selfless leadership - Responsible for the operations of the Restaurant and Front of House guest experience in all facets of the F&B service. - Works with Front of House Manager to relay the best service possible while meeting the guests’ dining needs - Is responsible for the cleanliness, set up, tear down and general presentation of all food and beverage operations - Greets guests warmly and promptly. - Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies) and assist guests in making menu selections and provide recommendations when requested. - Accurately and efficiently takes orders from guests and enters them into the POS system. - Communicates orders to the kitchen, food runner, FOH manager, and host effectively. - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. - Operate the POS system to process orders and payments while handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other forms of payment. - Ensure the accuracy of billing, including any special requests, modifications, and discounts with FOH manager. - Knowledgeable of daily product selection and menu availability for food and beverages. - Monitor tables to anticipate guests’ needs and address them promptly. - Clear and clean tables in the dining area and server alley throughout service to maintain a tidy dining area in coordination with food runner/bussers. - Address guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly and relays issues to FOH manager when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. - Works with Front of House Manager to execute desired service style for restaurant, bar, and lounge. - Works with guests to assist with special orders, dietary needs and allergy issues - Responsible for portraying a first-class service and hospitality experience in a genuine western setting while adhering to restaurant dress code policies leading the floor. - Works with the kitchen to mitigate and best solve any potential guest issues in the best interest of the guest - Perform cleaning tasks (i.e., taking out the garbage, mopping, dishes, etc.) in the restaurant, bar, and lounge - Assists in all laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing laundry items while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. - Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. - Adheres to given fine dining dress code policy, cleanliness, and professional presentation. - Must be capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. - This position reports to the Front of House Manager
