Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting for Administrator to work in our quartz department at our factory in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, 06:00 -14:30.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from manager
  • Provide general support to Managers / Supervisors / Team Leaders
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Generate reports for management KPIs and other specific reports,
  • Assist with HR functions (such as note taking for Investigation / Disciplinary Meetings)
  • Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests / sickness etc.
  • Monitoring incoming emails and responding in a timely manner
  • Daily reporting of free issues from departments
  • Work closely with Supervisors to ensure all departmental performance reports are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues to management
  • Provide general administrative support within the department
