Mission Yogurt is seeking a Front of House Shift Supervisor for Que Bueno Suerte!, an innovative, modern Latin restaurant with artful surroundings which are inspired by the boldness of Mexico, located in Denver’s Platt Park Neighborhood.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Management to set objectives and targets for Front of House staff.
  • Perform administrative duties including but not limited to maintaining communication with corporate and operations team, schedule staff, enter invoices, run reports, collect new hire paperwork, etc.
  • Determine staff needs and schedules.
  • Participate in coaching, counseling, training & development of staff and managers.
  • Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff.
  • Fluent in health department inspections.
  • Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards.
  • Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns.
  • Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of Front of House area.
  • Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to cash management procedures.
  • Responsible for daily fiscal management.
  • Ensure adherence to stock control procedures; monitor and order supplies.
  • Check all deliveries, ensure product is correct, rotated and stored properly.
  • Work with Marketing to organize promotional activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions.
  • Stay current with relevant legislation regarding service of alcohol, sale of tobacco and licensing.
  • Dynamic team player with the ability to move fluidly around the restaurant (administrative, bar, FOH, expo, kitchen) as needed.
