A position has become available for a Quebec & Ontario Warehouse Supervisor based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Only candidates residing in Quebec will be considered for the position

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Quebec & Ontario Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Eastern warehouse locations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of warehouse operations and supervision experience.
  • Prior experience in scanning, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory records
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Google Share, SAP.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English and French, demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and external teams.
  • Flexibility to travel to various warehouse locations.

COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 3 -5 ans d’expérience en opérations d’entrepôt et en supervision
  • Expérience préalable en numérisation, inventaire cyclique et tenue des registres d’inventaire
  • Doit être éligible à une enquête de sécurité (cautionnable)
  • Excellentes compétences informatiques, avec maîtrise de Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Share et SAP
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à prendre des décisions et à résoudre des problèmes
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais oral et écrit, avec d’excellentes aptitudes en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les parties prenantes et les équipes externes
  • Disponibilité pour voyager dans divers entrepôts

Responsibilities
  • Supervision of Quebec and Ontario warehouse stores and delivery personnel in daily tasks
  • Provide leadership and promote a positive team environment
  • Assist in recruitment, orientate new employees, maintain engagement and ensure that employees are performing to Tenold standards
  • Ensure that staffing levels are maintained to appropriate levels at each facility
  • Review and approve all timecards for the team
  • Conduct facility audits to ensure that customer and company standards and procedures are followed
  • Monitor utilization of inventory control system for accuracy and completeness
  • Emergency after hours call out
  • Travel to other warehouse locations on a quarterly or as needed basis
  • Other duties as required
