Description Position Summary The Quick Lane Technician performs routine maintenance and light repair services on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately. This role focuses on preventative maintenance while ensuring every vehicle receives a comprehensive inspection to identify potential service needs. The Quick Lane Technician plays a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience through quality workmanship and timely service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services including: Oil and filter changes Tire rotations Battery testing and replacement Multi-point vehicle inspections Air filter and cabin filter replacement Wiper blade replacement Fluid checks and top-offs Tire pressure monitoring and adjustments Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document findings accurately. Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance needs to service advisors. Maintain productivity and efficiency standards established by the dealership. Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures. Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Properly use and maintain tools and shop equipment. Participate in training programs and ongoing skill development. Adhere to all OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations. Previous automotive service experience preferred but not required. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
