Description Position Overview Ted Britt Ford Lincoln of Chantilly is seeking a motivated Quick Lane Technician to join a fast-paced, growing service department. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow in the automotive industry and advance into a mainline technician role. We are actively improving processes, expanding capacity, and building a high-performance culture. What You’ll Do Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services Conduct multipoint inspections with accuracy and integrity Perform battery, brake, and light mechanical repairs Maintain a clean, organized work area Follow dealership processes and safety standards Work efficiently in a team-based environment What We’re Looking For Basic automotive experience preferred (tech school or prior shop experience a plus) Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and grow Valid driver’s license with a clean record Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment We are looking for someone hungry to improve — not someone looking to do the bare minimum.
