Job Description Art Moehn Auto Group is seeking an Express Service Manager to lead and oversee our fast-paced express maintenance department. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of quick-service maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, tire replacements, fluid services and other light repairs. The Express Service / Quick Lube manager will supervise technicians to maintain high customer satisfaction, and ensure vehicles are moving through the shop quickly while maintaining dealership quality standards. $20-25 per hour (Experience-based) Responsibilities: Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles Making notes of all safety concerns, maintenance needs, and needed repairs Communicating with service advisors of findings Maintain an organized and neat Express department Practice all Art Moehn Auto Group’s company policies, standard operating procedures, safety and environmental guidelines Manage team and resolve concerns quickly and effectively Benefits: Paid Time Off Employee discounts on service and vehicle purchases Paid training 401 (K) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance Qualifications: Must be State-of-Michigan Certified Minimum 2 years' experience as an automotive technician Location Jackson, Michigan Department Service Employment Type Full-Time Minimum Experience Mid-level Compensation $20-$25 per hour
