Position Summary Fox CDJR Taylor is hiring a Quick Lube Technician (entry level) for our onsite service team in Taylor, MI. This role supports customer satisfaction by completing routine maintenance to dealership and factory standards while maintaining a clean, professional work area. Key responsibilities include oil and filter services, basic inspections, tire pressure checks, fluid top-offs, and communicating recommended lubrication/safety services through the service lane. Required qualifications/skills: - Valid driver’s license - High school diploma/GED (or equivalent combination of education/experience) - Ability to follow repair orders accurately, work efficiently, and prioritize safety Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour, full-time. A Typical Shift You’ll start by reviewing the day’s repair orders, setting up the bay, and confirming the correct materials and specifications. Throughout the shift, you’ll move vehicles through the lane with attention to cleanliness and detail, documenting findings and notifying the service advisor promptly if anything changes a vehicle’s condition or appearance. You’ll stay alert to equipment performance, escalating defects or malfunctions to your supervisor, and you’ll wrap up by keeping the workspace organized for the next vehicle and the next team.
Responsibilities
Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic safety inspections. Maintain a clean workspace and communicate recommended services to the service advisor.
