About the Role This position includes both guest-facing service and hands-on kitchen responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet and engage positively with guests Take orders accurately and process payments via cash or POS Answer questions about ingredients, dietary preferences, and specials Maintain a clean and welcoming service and dining area Address guest needs with professionalism and a smile Food Prep & Kitchen Work Prepare and portion fresh ingredients: chopping, marinating, assembling Make tacos and burritos to recipe specifications Operate equipment like grills and fryers safely Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards Assist with inventory restocking and organization General Work collaboratively to ensure smooth, fast service Follow opening and closing procedures Take on additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For Positive attitude and good energy Clear English communication skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-focused environment Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must pass an FBI background check (airport requirement) No experience needed—we’ll train you!
