Description Quickbase System Analyst – Limited-Term Employment Location: Perrysburg, OH Summary Description: The Systems Analyst will support the operational needs for the Quickbase environment as well as the implementation and transition to a new enterprise platform. This temporary 12-month role will serve as a liaison between business operations, vendors, and technical teams to ensure business continuity and successful system migration and process integration. Responsibilities include daily system administration and development, workflow analysis, system testing during data migration, issue resolution, documentation, and post-implementation stabilization activities. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, project implementation experience, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary fixed-duration role with an expected term of 12 months. Essential Job Functions: • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users for Quickbase environment. • Maintain system integrity, including updates, patches, and enhancements. • Maintain user setup, security, and permissions for assigned system(s). • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows. • Analyze and document business processes and recommend system improvements. • Develop and maintain custom reports using tools like SQL and SSRS. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across modules. • Support data migration and integration efforts. • Create/support user guides and training materials. • Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing education for existing users. • Assist in system projects such as upgrades, module implementations, and integrations. • Participate in testing and quality assurance for new features or system changes. • Manage service requests and incidents within defined SLAs. • Escalate complex issues and coordinate resolution efforts. • Drive lessons learned processes and project postmortem activities. • Act as a change agent and challenge the status quo persistently • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field. • 2-4 years’ experience with QuickBase is required. Exposure to Deltek preferred. • Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and ERP reporting tools. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or others as relevant to the job requirements. • Knowledge of database management systems and SQL for data manipulation and integration. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and agile software development methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. • Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance • Able to pass a background check/drug test/driving record check. • Computer literate – especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook • Authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements: • Must be able to endure frequent, lengthy periods of sedentary work and sit for prolonged periods of time. • Must be able to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time. • Must have the physical ability to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing notes, and viewing a computer terminal; these activities require close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. • Must have the physical ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word and convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, often in a group setting. • Must have the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
