• Manage daily accounting operations in QuickBooks (AP, AR, bank reconciliations).
• Accurately record transactions and maintain organized financial records.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, and expense tracking with precision.
• Partner with the accounting manager to streamline processes and implement best practices.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot QuickBooks issues and recommend improvements.
