WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Payroll Specialist to join our growing Payroll Solutions team! You’ll be responsible for preparing manual client payrolls using QuickBooks, ensuring compliance with wage and tax regulations, processing garnishments, generating payroll reports, and assisting with tax filings. Whether you prefer to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite at one of our 19 office locations, this position offers flexibility, support, and strong career growth opportunities.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and after-the-fact payrolls for a variety of clients
• Generate quarterly and year-end reports, including W-2s
• Update employee information and handle payroll adjustments per client requests
• Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate payroll processing and provide exceptional support
