Description We’re seeking a responsible and motivated Night Manager to lead a small team of 2–4 employees in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with mechanical skills who can lead by example and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and team performance Perform oil changes, brake work, and learn alignment procedures Handle cash, operate register, and write repair orders Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for customers and technicians Communicate effectively with customers and team members Use smartphone and computer systems for scheduling, orders, and communication Hours: Noon to 8 PM, with rotating Saturdays Pay: $15–$18/hour based on experience Bonus: Bonus potential after probationary period Why Join Us?
