Description

The primary function of this role is to provide pre-sales support and draft quotations to assist the local sales organization (CSOs) by serving as the main point of contact across multiple channels, including CRM, email, telephone, web ticket, and chat. This involves understanding customer needs, preparing and delivering customized proposals, and ensuring that all technical and commercial requirements are met. The role also entails interfacing with local sales colleagues, area managers, and partners such as panel builders, wholesalers, distributors, designers, and sales or service representatives, as well as specific final customers when necessary. The objective is to efficiently and effectively manage a wide range of pre-sales functions, ensuring that all stakeholders receive the necessary support and information to make informed decisions. 1. 2. Draft technical quotes with a suggested net selling price based on electrical diagrams, lists of material, tender documents, technical data, product lists from competitor's catalogues. 3. 4. Assist local sales organization with product selection. 5. Design, calculation and draft of technical solutions and quotations (Bid Manager, Configurators, CPQ and other engineering tools). BSc in Engineering or equivalent Technical Degree. (Electrical is an advantage) Proven experience in technical support or technical quotations for electrical products. Good understanding of low voltage electric circuits and systems, protections devices and related applications. Capability to understand and read electrical line diagrams and circuits schemes. Experience with usage of electrical design software, SAP and BidManager is an advantage. Analytical mindset, team working, sense of cooperation and ability to manage prioritization. Fluent in English - any other European language is an advantage
