We are seeking a Quotation Specialist to join our dynamic team at JST Corporation. The Quotation Specialist is responsible for preparing and managing price quotes for products or services, often in response to customer inquiries or sales requests. This role requires analyzing costs, understanding market conditions, and ensuring quotes are both competitive and profitable for the company. They work closely with various teams like sales, procurement, and product management to gather necessary information and ensure quote accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in product management or e-commerce is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent Attention to Detail
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience preferred.

• Analyzing customer needs, creating detailed price quotations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Evaluating costs of materials, labor, and other relevant factors to determine accurate pricing.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate the quoting process.
• Tracking outstanding quotations and proactively following up with customers to secure orders.
• Addressing customer inquiries, providing additional information, and resolving any concerns related to quotes.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all quotations and related sales activities.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline the quotation process and improve efficiency.
