JOB DESCRIPTION

In collaboration with the Customer Service / Inside Sales Supervisor, the incumbent acts as a resource person and support to the sales team. More specifically, the incumbent is responsible for:

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service by combining system knowledge, sales, product and problem-solving skills to exceed customer expectations.
• Build quotations and provide estimates for special products and projects to a level that keeps our products competitive and maximize profit.
• Works together with multiple departments (i.e., engineering, production, QA, shipping) as needed to ensure accurate quotes and lead times.
• Follows up on quotations and modifies quotes as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned;
• Define the price positioning of the products;
• Manage the price list;
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager;
• Coordinate the quotation with all the US Agencies;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Having functional competence and a basic understanding of machining or a production environment a plus
• Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities are continually changing.
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision within specified time frames
• Able to identify problems and offer alternative solutions and/or courses of action based on available resources
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal partners and external customers through multiple means such as email and telephone
• Ability to multitask to meet deadlines
