QUALIFICATIONS

• Past work experience in quotations or a similar role.
• Proficient in sales CRM for opportunity management.
• Experience with research using data analytics software.
• Proficient writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Quote Preparation:Prepare quotes based on tender documents and drawings.
• Relationship Building:Collaborate with senior team members to build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and consultants.
• Brand Strategy:Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
• Market Research:Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
• Sales Opportunities:Seek out and follow up on new sales opportunities.
• Internal Tools Development:Support the development of internal tools, including CRM, to track current opportunities.
