Family plans are also available with a portion paid by team members Annual profit-sharing bonus Paid time off and paid holidays 401K with company match and safe harbor contributions What you’ll be doing: Leading, coaching, and developing Quote Specialists to achieve high performance, fostering strong understanding of customer requirements and strategic alignment across the organization. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of price changes and quotations, meeting customer expectations while supporting business objectives. Tracking and reporting key performance indicators such as quote volume, turnaround time, win/loss ratios, and pricing alignment with customers; drive improvements based on insights. Strengthening relationships by ensuring customer needs are clearly understood in the quoting process and effectively communicated internally for alignment and growth opportunities. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and improve competitiveness while maintaining cost discipline. Collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to support customer programs, new product launches, and cost reduction initiatives aligned with corporate strategy. Conducting performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage incentive programs to build a high-performing, motivated team. Anticipating, identifying, and resolving challenges—internally and externally—to ensure seamless execution of quoting activities. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent number of relevant work experience years with additional 5-8 years Quoting, Pricing, or related work experience Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (required) EOS operating principles (preferred) Supplier management or supply chain experience Customer relationship management with OEMs in the Agricultural, Power Generation, Power Sports and/or other large industry segments Strong ERP knowledge base, previous Epicor experience (preferred) Ability to understand and interpret specifications, technical drawings, and customer supplied information for assemblies, kits and individual components Ability to travel to other locations as business needs arise, up to 15%
