Learn more at www.ingrammicro.com About role : An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Quote Desk team and provide Licensing product quotes and solutions to our customers on behalf of some of our leading Vendors. This role requires accurate and timely quote completion while continuing to expand and grow your technical knowledge base and complete relevant supporting certifications. This is a fixed-term contractual position until May 2026. Based on the North Shore, you will become part of the wider Quote Desk and Inside Sales team, working collaboratively with our Sales, Product Management and Solutions Architect Associates to drive business and close opportunities that mutually support our Vendor and IMNZ. You will be passionate about technologies and delivering quality-based solutions for customers to support them in their future business activities Key Responsibilities: Advising on and providing solutions and quotations to customers for all Licensing products from all current IMNZ Vendor brands Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell Providing all quotes with 100% technical accuracy and on time Liaising with internal and external customers Responding to phone and email queries to meet and deliver on customer expectations What You’ll Bring Have had a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the IT industry Exceptional customer service, organisational and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills A sales focus for up-selling and cross-selling, with an ability to close sales High attention to detail and capable of working under pressure Certifications in networking, server/storage and/or licensing would be an advantage SAP knowledge is desirable, but is not essential What’s On Offer Your growth is our priority—access LinkedIn Learning and a plethora of top-tier training courses to enrich your skills.
