Responsibilities
  • Support the Quoted Works Contract Manager in delivering small works projects at Manchester Airport.
  • Plan and schedule works with subcontractors and internal engineering teams.
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
  • Review and approve RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and SSOW (Safe Systems of Work).
  • Issue and manage permits to work in line with MAG and Mitie QHSE procedures.
  • Conduct audits and site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, client FM leads, project managers, and internal teams.
  • Provide QHSE support and guidance to the self-delivery engineering team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all project-related documentation.
  • Support monthly reporting and performance tracking.
  • Review and accept completion documentation in line with contract requirements.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Take on additional duties aligned with your skills and experience.
  • Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across the site.
